An article published in the MS Society's Research Matters magazine.
My account of having visited Anne Frank's House and the effect it had on me was included as part of a display for Holocaust Day 2015 in The Forum in Southend 19th-31st January. And in The Civic Centre, Southend, on Holocaust Day itself, 27th January, when there was also be a service at 5.30pm. Holocaust Day 2015 marked 70 years since Auschwitz was liberated.

My poems are featured in the first anthology by The Palace Writers' Group.

I took over managing the website for Waders (Water Assisted Disabled Rehabilitation Scheme) which I attend every week.
2012
I performed a poetic monologue in "A Hundred Shining Hearts" which celebrated the centenary of The Palace Theatre.
My poetic monologue was performed at Theatrical Allsorts, now Write Angles Festival, in the Dixon Studio, The Palace Theatre.
1993
I wrote a training manual for my job making travel arrangements for groups of Japanese tourists travelling through Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
